10%井冈霉素·丙环唑微乳剂防治水稻纹枯病效果研究

摘要 对10%井冈霉素·丙环唑微乳剂防治水稻纹枯病的防治效果进行了田间试验,结果表明:10%井冈霉素·丙环唑微乳剂用量600、750 mL/hm2对水稻纹枯病的防效为85.59%~90.91%,随着药量增加,防效提高;对照药剂3%井冈霉素水剂1 500 mL/hm2和20%井冈霉素可湿性粉剂375 g/hm2对水稻纹枯病的防效分别为72.73%和81.99%,低于试验药剂。经方差分析,各处理间防效差异不显著。

Abstract The field test on10% validamycin·propiconazole ME was carried out to validate the control effect against Rhizoctonia solani.The results showed that 10%validamycin·propiconazole ME had good control effect on Rhizoctonia solani in field.The control effects of 10%validamycin·propiconazole ME with dosage of 600、750ml/hm2 were 85.59%~90.91%.The efficacy of 3% validamycin AS with dosage of 1 500ml/hm2 and 30% validamycin WP with dosage of 375g/hm2 were 72.73%、81.99%,respectively.The efficacy of tested bactericide was better than the control.By the analysis of variance,the control effect was not significant difference between the groups.

水稻纹枯病是水稻生产上常见的一种病害,主要危害叶鞘和叶片,严重时也能危害穗部和茎秆。近几年,黑龙江水稻面积逐年增加,品种多是抗病性不高的优质品种,并且种植密度高、施肥量大,导致田间湿度大,使水稻纹枯病发生逐年偏重,现在各地已越来越重视对该病的防治。目前,市场上销售的防治水稻纹枯病的杀菌剂种类繁多,但是井冈霉素仍然是我国防治水稻纹枯病应用最广的农药品种[1]。从20世纪70年代中期井冈霉素试产成功以来,井冈霉素一直是防治水稻纹枯病的主要药剂,至今已有近40 多年的历史[2]。近几年,文献多有报道其防治效果已不理想[3-6],于是研发者开始开发推广井冈霉素与其他杀菌剂的复配制剂,10%井冈霉素·丙环唑微乳剂便是其中的一种。为摸索其对黑龙江省水稻纹枯病的适宜用量及防治效果,2015年选择水稻种植面积较大且具有代表性的2个点做了田间试验。……
