青蒿素对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响

摘 要:通过室内水培试验,采用培养皿纸上发芽法,就青蒿素化感作用对植物的影响进行深层次的探索,探讨不同浓度青蒿素溶液对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响。结果显示,青蒿素溶液对绿豆种子萌发及幼苗的生长有明显的抑制作用,且抑制效果随溶液浓度的升高而加强;绿豆的萌发指标及根长、株高、下胚轴长、芽粗、鲜质量、干质量及根冠比均低于对照组,且对根的抑制作用比茎更明显。研究结果可为青蒿素应用于植物生长调节剂提供参考。

Abstract: The present experiment through the indoor hydroponic experiment using petri dish paper germination method studied artemisinin allelopathic effect on plants and was conducted to study the influences of different concentrations of artemisinin on seed germination and seedling growth of mung bean plant. The results showed that artemisinin solution on Mung Bean seed germination and seedling growth was inhibited, and the inhibition effect increases with the solution concentration increased and strengthened. Mung beans germination index and root length, plant height, hypocotyl length, bud diameter and fresh weight, dry weight and root shoot ratio were lower than control group as well as the root of inhibition was more obvious than the stem.Its done to provide references for its application in plant growth regulator.

青蒿为菊科植物黄花蒿(Artemisia annua),是常用中草药之一,清热解毒,是世界卫生组织推荐的抗疟药品。青蒿素是一种高度含氧倍半萜,含有独特的1,2,4-三氧杂环己烷的环状结构,体现了该天然产物的抗疟活性[1]。青蒿素的抗疟机理是扰乱疟原虫的表膜-线粒体功能,致使疟原虫体结构全部崩溃[2]。进一步研究青蒿素类药物药理作用发现,其具有抗疟、抗孕、抗纤维化、抗血吸虫、抗弓形虫、抗心律失常和肿瘤细胞毒性等作用[3]。Duke等[4]研究发现,用33 moI·L-1青蒿素可极大抑制杂草根芽的生长。化感作用是一种化學生态防御机制,在自然界中常见且十分重要,植物通过向环境释放特定的次生物质,对邻近的其他植物(含微生物及其自身)生长发育产生的有益或有害的影响[5]。有研究表明,青蒿的脂溶……
