生物补光灯在树莓反季栽培过程中对其品质的影响

摘 要:针对北方地区树莓反季栽培过程中光照不足的问题,利用植物生长灯补充照射。结果发现,经施肥和植物补光灯照射后树莓的花青素、鞣花酸、黄酮类物质含量、鲜果质量等指标明显高于不施肥和不补光的,同时也高于不施肥和补光的处理。总之,北方地区树莓反季栽培过程中合理补光有益于促进树莓的产量和品质的提高。

Abstract: This experiment aims at problem existing in northern in the process of raspberry anti season cultivation, using plant growth lamp supplement irradiation. It was found that after fertilization and light irradiation, raspberry anthocyanins, SOD activity, tanning ellagic acid, flavonoid content, Vc content, fruit weight were significantly higher than that of with no fertilizer and no lighting, and higher than that of CK. In short, reasonable fill in the process of anti-season raspberry cultivation.
could help promote the improvement of yield and quality of raspberry.

树莓是第三代水果, 其具有生态效益好、抗病虫性强、投资效益高、管理技术简便、产业延伸链条长、市场范围广等特点[1]。因其特殊的营养价值、保健功能已被各国消费者广泛认可。但是,树莓鲜果是不耐贮运的水果,货架期很短,虽然树莓浆果可以速冻贮运但还是有不少消费者愿意花大价钱购买鲜果。我国北方大部分地区树莓是大田栽培的,鲜果供应期大约为6月上旬到10月下旬,每年都有约半年以上的时间市场上的树莓鲜果要靠国外进口,成本很高[2-5]。而秋冬季光照不足影响树莓产量和品质是北方树莓设施栽培发展限制因素之一。树莓含有的主要功能成分—酚类物质是植物代谢的次级产物,因羟基的存在而具有潜在的抗氧化能力[6-9]。本试验利用现代补光技术对设施树莓进行补光照射,结果发现该技术明显促进了树莓的酚类物质花青素、鞣花酸、黄酮类物质的积累。该技术的使用对于北方地区树莓设施栽培过程中品质的提高具有较强的示范引导作用。……
