摘 要 目的：探讨临床药师在创建癌痛规范化治疗示范病房过程中的作用。方法：分析我院在创建“癌痛规范化治疗示范病房”过程中，临床药师参与癌痛患者的规范化治疗，对患者及其家属进行用药宣教和指导，对癌痛药物使用情况进行动态化分析等方法协助临床医生进行癌痛管理。结果：通过临床药师的干预，患者的NRS评分均有不同程度的下降。结论：癌痛临床药师通过药学服务，纠正了镇痛药物的常见误区，提高了用药合理性。

Role of clinical pharmacists in the demonstration ward for the standardized treatment of cancer pain

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the value of clinical pharmacists in the standardized treatment of patients with cancer pain. Methods： As a part of the establishment of demonstration ward for the standardized treatment of cancer pain， the clinical pharmacists carried out clinical pharmacy services for patients and their family members by participating in the evaluation of cancer pain and medication guidance to patients and assisted physicians to implement the management of cancer pain by dynamic analysis of the medication for cancer pain. Results： The NRS of the patients was degraded to certain extent by the intervention of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion： The common misunderstanding of analgesic drugs for cancer pain can be corrected by the pharmaceutical services of clinical pharmacists and the rational use of drugs can be improved as well.

据WHO统计，全世界每年有1 000万新发癌症患者，预计至2020年可猛增至1 500万[1]。癌症、癌症相关性病变及抗癌治疗过程中所致的疼痛称为癌痛，是癌症患者的常见症状，临床上癌痛的治疗是复杂而漫长的过程。我国癌痛的日常管理主要由医师或护士承担，由于患者自身的依从性差，医护人员人力资源有限，以及缺乏疼痛治疗的相关知识等原因，导致部分患者的癌痛未得到有效控制[2]。2011年，卫生部联合中国抗癌协会发布了“癌痛规范化治疗示范病房”创建活动的通知，并借此活动将癌痛规范化治疗的理念全面推广和实施。各国指南中都提出多学科团队协作对癌痛治疗的重要性，也规定了临床药师在癌痛规范化治疗团队中扮演的角色[3]。此次活动文件明确将临床药师纳入到建设体系，并予以评分考核。……
