摘 要 目的：分析眼科住院用药咨询常见问题，提高临床药师药学服务水平。方法：采用回顾性分析方法，对我院眼科病房2015 年由临床药师记录的113 例医务人员的咨询记录进行统计分析。结果：咨询内容以儿童用药、用法用量、治疗方案为主，所咨询的药物中，抗感染药物占首位（23.73%），其次为止血药（12.71%）。结论：临床药师需不断加强自身专业知识，了解不同专业医务人员和患者的药学咨询需求，提升咨询服务质量，共同促进合理用药。

Analysis of the frequently asked questions about drug consultation in ophthalmic ward

ABSTRACT Objectives： To analyze the frequently asked questions about the medication consultation in ophthalmic ward so as to improve the quality of drug counseling service. Methods： One hundred and thirteen drug consultations recorded by clinical pharmacists in ophthalmic ward in 2015 were analyzed. Results： The counseling contents were mainly involved in medication for children， usage and dosage and therapies. Antibiotics and hemostatics accounted for 23.73% and 12.71% in the counseling drugs. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists should continue to strengthen their own professional knowledge， understand the needs of different professional medical staff and patients for pharmacy consultation and improve the quality of counseling service so as to jointly promote the rational use of drugs.

临床药师在日常工作中为医务人员和患者提供咨询服务，是临床药学的重要工作之一。药学咨询服务有利于协助医务人员优化药物治疗方案，提高患者用药依从性。现对2015年我院临床药师在眼科病房记录的药物咨询进行归类和分析，以掌握我院医务人员和患者对于药学咨询服务的要求，提升药学服务质量。

1 资料和方法

临床药师解答眼科药物咨询问题后，填写《临床药师咨询记录表》。共收集2015年临床药师日常咨询记录113例，内容包括咨询人职业、问题类别、问题、涉及药品等，对咨询人和药品问题等内容进行统计分析。

2 结果与分析

2.1 咨询者职业

各类提出药物相关咨询的人群中，医生列于首位，占62.0%；其次为护士，占30.0%；药师占5.3%；患者比例最低，占1.7%。医务人员虽然具有丰富的专业知识和临床经验，但很难掌握药品的所有信息。临床药师的咨询服务为其他医务人员合理用药提供的一定帮助，体现了临床药师的价值。……
