摘 要 目的：调查眼科门诊人工泪液的处方情况，为人工泪液的临床合理使用提供参考。方法：采用横断面调查方法，随机调查1个月眼科门诊人工泪液的处方情况。结果：含人工泪液处方占全部眼科门诊处方的比例为40.0%，其中半数以上选用的人工泪液为透明质酸钠滴眼液。不同人工泪液品种间的单位价格差别较大。结论：人工泪液在眼科门诊中的处方率非常高，需进一步加强适应证及不良反应等方面的研究。

Cross-sectional survey of the use of artificial tears in ophthalmic outpatients

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the prescription situation of the use of artificial tears in ophthalmic outpatients so as to provide a reference for their rational use in clinic. Methods： The electronic prescriptions containing artificial tears happened in a month in an ophthalmic clinic were surveyed. Results： Prescriptions containing artificial tears accounted for 40.0% of all the prescriptions in ophthalmology， in which more than half selected sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The price of artificial tears was quite different for various products. Conclusion： Prescription rate of artificial tears in the ophthalmic clinic is very high and the study on their indication and adverse drug reactions should be further strengthened.

目前，全球和我国的干眼症发病率分别为5.5% ～ 33.7%和21% ～ 30%[1]。人工泪液是干眼症治疗的一线用药，现有近50个品种。不过，没有一种人工泪液是完美的，它们各有特点，有的黏度高，有的不含防腐剂，有的能促进角膜上皮的修复等[1-2]。对常用人工泪液的临床使用情况，已见有人工泪液的销售金额、销售数量的排名分析[3]，但尚无有关此类药物在临床上的实际使用、医生处方中选用的具体品种等情况的研究。本文报告对我院眼科门诊中人工泪液处方情况的抽样调查结果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料

调阅2016年5月我院计算机网络管理系统记录的全部眼科门诊处方，包括患者年龄、疾病诊断以及处方药品的品名、用法、用量和数量等处方信息。

1.2 方法

查阅每种人工泪液的说明书，对其中内容进行分类汇总。

应用Microsoft Office Excel 2010软件对处方信息进行统计分析。
