【摘要】目的 探究中西医结合疗法治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 选取2014年1月～2015年1月我院收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者78例，根据治疗方式的不同，将其分为观察组（行中西医结合治疗）与对照组（行单纯西医治疗），各39例。最后对两组患者治疗后取得的总有效率及LVEF（左室射血分数）进行比较。结果 观察组经中西医结合治疗后，总有效率为92.31%；左室射血分数为（49.37±5.72）%，与对照组相比均明显较优，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者行中西医结合治疗可促进疗效的提升及患者心功能的改善，具有重要推广价值。

Clinical observation on treatment of coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

【Abstract】Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy in treating coronary heart disease with chronic heart failure.Methods In January 2014 to 2015 in January in our hospital treated 78 cases of coronary heart disease chronic heart failure patients were selected， according to the different treatment modalities， divided into observation group （in line with combination of TCM and Western medicine therapy） and control group （treated with simple western medicine treatment）， 39 cases in each. Finally， the total effective rate and LVEF （left ventricular ejection fraction） were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment， the total effective rate was 92.31%. The left ventricular ejection fraction was （49.37 + 5.72）%， compared with the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure combined with western medicine treatment can promote the improvement of the curative effect and improve the heart function of patients， has important promotion value.

冠心病在医学临床上属于心血管疾病的范畴，其特点在于高危性及多发性，在发病过程中由于器质性改变及心脏受损，极易引起慢性心里衰竭的产生。在冠心病与慢性心力衰竭相合并的情况下，患者身心受损程度将不断加剧，同时射血功能也将出现大幅弱化[1-2]。为针对上述现象进行改善，促进患者生存质量的优化，临床上针对中西医结合治疗的方法进行了大量相关研究，且取得的成效较为可观。笔者通过对两组以不同方式治疗的患者资料进行回顾性分析，对中西医结合疗法在冠心病慢性心力衰竭中的治疗价值进行了论证，总结如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
