内容摘要：《张海隆夏田契》是吐鲁番出土文书中“夏田契”保存最完整的一件，释读该契对了解其他夏田契的形式和内容有一定的帮助。以往的研究存在一些不足，有些甚至有误导之嫌。通过对此契中“夏”、“庭分”、“玖围”、“捉”等词的重新注释，以期能够正确释读此契，为了解当时的社会经济生活状况提供帮助。

Abstract： Zhang Hailong Xiatian Qi（Land Renting Contract of Zhang Hailong）is the most complete record of land renting found among Turpan documents， the interpretation of which will be of some help to understanding the form and content of related leasing contracts. Previous research has been insufficient， sometimes even misleading. This paper reexamines selected words in this document such as xia（夏）， tingfen（庭分）， jiuwei（玖围）， and zhuo（捉）， hoping to provide a correct interpretation of this document and help in understanding the social and economic situation at that time.

《考古与文物》1986年第3期发表了鲁山先生的《吐鲁番出土唐〈张海隆夏田契〉录文释疑》一文。鲁文对原载于《吐鲁番出土文书》第5册第117—118页的《唐龙朔三年（663）西州高昌县张海隆夏田契》进行了校勘和注释[1]。《中国农史》2004年第3期发表了卫斯先生的《关于吐鲁番出土文书〈张海隆夏田契〉之释疑——兼与鲁山先生商榷》一文，对“夏”、“边”、“舍”、“庭”、“玫围”、“获”等词进行了注解和诠释[2]。拜读二文之后，笔者觉得部分结论存在一些明显不足，有些甚至有误导之嫌。故笔者不揣冒昧，草成此文，求教方家。

吐鲁番出土文书中夏田契比较常见，但较完整者不多，正如鲁文所云“张海隆夏田契是这类契约中保存最完整的一件”，校勘和释疑该契“对了解其他夏田契的形式和内容有一定的帮助”[1]96。唐长孺先生在上世纪90年代又重新编辑《吐鲁番出土文书》图文版，全套4册，该契《吐鲁番出土文书》（二）定名为“唐龙朔三年（663）西州高昌县张海隆夏田契”。原文13行，为便于查阅校注，释录如下：
