摘 要：3G通信技术在人们的生产和生活中应用的越来越广泛，它的发展使得无线传输各种音视频信息成为可能。3G移动通信技术以其高速率、高度灵活性、长距离等特点，被广泛应用于网络通信中。本文主要介绍了3G通信技术应用在消防工作中的应用，包括单兵图传系统、智能手持终端、网络办公平台、移动网络、视频会议等方面的应用。

Abstract： 3G communication technologies in the people's production and life applications more widely， its development makes the wireless transmission of a variety of audio and video information as possible. 3G mobile communications technology， with its high-speed， highly flexible， long distance and other characteristics， are widely used in network communications. This paper describes the 3G communication technology application in fire control work； including the individual soldier the illustrated systems， smart handheld terminal， the network office platform， mobile networks， video conferencing， and other aspects of the application.

1. 引言

随着社会经济飞速发展，高层、地下建筑、易燃易爆物品存储运输销售场所、化工生产线等日益增多，因生产、生活用火用电不慎、化工生产安全措施不到位、大量使用易燃材料作为建筑建设、装饰装修材料等因数，使得大量建筑存在火灾隐患，威胁人民生命财产，也给各级消防部队灭火救援、抢险救灾带来了很大困难。而灭火救援指挥信息通信是否畅通、不间断，也成为能否成功完成灭火救灾、抢险救援中的首要条件之一。随着信息通信技术的发展和公安消防部队信息建设不断深入推进，消防灾害现场无线通信也从单一的语音通信向音视频同步实时传输转变。如何将火灾现场声音、图象信息传输至消防移动通信指挥中心、消防通信指挥中心，完成信息通信指挥，信息指令传递，以最短的时间完成各类灾害处置任务，也成为消防部队信息通信指挥中亟待解决的重要问题。 近些年来，我国在消防工作中做了很多探索性工作，采取了很多措施。由于科技事业的高速发展，尤其是近年来3G通信技术的快速发展和广泛应用，为人们的生产和生活带来了很大的便利。……
