摘 要：本文是电梯使用单位委托特种设备检验机构对故障进行调查、分析的过程。通过现场的调查、分析，发现该电梯的制动器制动系统无异常、控制系统正常、曳引力满足要求。该故障的发生由于轿厢导靴严重的磨损，限速器末端绳夹运行时干扰了平层感应器与层站磁条，导致平层感应器与磁条距离超出工作范围，使得电梯在层站出现平层信号丢失情况，引发电梯错层，“掉层”现象的发生。

Abstract：In this paper， the main content is that the accident investigation and analysis process about elevator user who entrusted to special equipment inspection institutions.Through the field investigation and analysis，it was found that the elevator brake system was OK， control system was normal， wheel traction met the requirements.The breakdown occurred due to that boots were wore， governor end of the rope clamping the running interference for the flat layer sensor and stop magnetic stripe， resulting in flat layer sensor and magnetic stripe distance beyond the scope of work，it made that in the station the flat layer signal of the elevator was lost， and it lead to the wrong layer， "falling".

1.调查电梯故障情况描述

根据电梯使用单位负责人所述，该电梯自2016年元旦前后开始间断出现“掉层”现象，较为严重的一次是电梯下行到13层时开始不受控制下落到6层，目前暂未接到有人员伤亡的报道。但是这种现象严重影响到业主的日常承梯安全，由于故障没得到及时解决，广大业主为此感到十分担忧，甚至出现部分情绪激动的业主围堵物业工作人员的情况。

由于电梯故障频繁出现，问题不能达到及时解决，电梯使用单位委托某特种设备检验机构对该故障电梯进行技术鉴定，希望查出故障原因，提供解决问题的技术依据。

2.调查电梯基本情况

（1）故障电梯生产日期是2012年06月，定期检验合格日期是2016年01月06日。

（2）故障电梯为18层/18站（1层至18层），额定速度1.60m/s，额定载重量800kg。

（3）据介绍，该电梯出现“掉层”现象并没有规律，而且出现“掉层”的现象并没有局限于上行或者下行，任何一个时间和位置都有可能出现电梯的“掉层”的现象。……
