【摘要】 目的 探究SF-36量表应用于尖锐湿疣患者生活质量以及患者心理情况测定的效果。方法 98例尖锐湿疣患者， 随机分成观察组与对照组， 各49例。观察组患者进行微波治疗， 同时观察组采用SF-36量表进行评价；对照组应用5%咪喹莫特乳膏与0.5%鬼臼毒素酊常规治疗。比较两组疗效。结果 观察组治愈率和复发率（81.6%、18.4%）优于对照组（51.0%、49.0%）（P<0.05）。观察组患者应用SF-36量表对生活质量评价8个维度的重测信度>0.7， 内部一致性系数分别为生理功能（PF）0.74、生理职能（RP）0.82、躯体疼痛（BP）0.83、总体健康（GH）0.87、生命活力（VT）0.78、社会功能（SF）0.75、情感职能（RE）0.73和心理健康（MH）0.81， 治疗后观察组SF-36量表各维度反应度评分显优情况明显高于治疗前， 差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用SF-36量表对尖锐湿疣患者的生活质量进行评价管理， 信度、效度和反应度较高， 其有助于缓解患者的恐惧、紧张和消极的情绪， 结合微波治疗可降低尖锐湿疣的复发率， 减轻患者的经济和精神负担。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect by SF-36 scale in quality of life determination in condyloma acuminate patients and psychological situation in patients. Methods A total of 98 patients with condyloma acuminate were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 49 cases in each group. The observation group received microwave treatment and SF-36 scale for evaluation. The control group received conventional therapy by 5% imiquimod cream and 0.5% podophyllotoxin tincture. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had better cure rate and recurrence rate （81.6%， 18.4%） than the control group （51.0%， 49.0%） （P<0.05）. Test-retest reliability of 8 dimensions in quality of life evaluation was > 0.7 in the observation group by SF-36 scale， along with coefficient of internal consistency as 0.74 in physiological function （PF）， 0.82 in role physical （RP）， 0.83 in body pain （BP）， 0.87 in general health （GH）， 0.78 in vitality （VT）， 0.75 in social function （SF）， 0.73 in role emotional （RE） and 0.81 in mental health （MH）. After treatment， the observation group had all obviously higher reactivity scores in each dimension of SF-36 scale than those before treatment， and the difference had statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Application of SF-36 scale provides high creditability， validity and reactivity in evaluating quality of life in condyloma acuminate patients. It relieves fear， tension and negative emotion in patients. This method combining with microwave treatment can reduce recurrence of condyloma acuminate， financial and mental burden in patients.

尖锐湿疣（CA）是由人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染引起的一种性传播疾病， 流行病学资料显示CA发病率呈逐年上升的趋势， 在性生活活跃中感染HPV的机会高达75%～80%[1]。该病常以亚临床感染形式存在， 传染性强， 复发率高， 是临床中治疗较为棘手且对社会和家庭危害较大的一种疾病， 严重的影响患者的身心健康[2， 3]。本研究用SF-36量表对应用微波治疗的尖锐湿疣患者在治疗前后进行调查后， SF-36量表的各维度的信度、反应和校度较高。现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选择2015年1月～2015年12月在本院门诊治疗的尖锐湿疣患者98例， 均为女患者， 其皮损符合尖锐湿疣的典型临床表现， 醋酸白试验阳性， 排除免疫缺陷、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂使用、合并糖尿病和病毒性肝炎、呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）等系统性疾病的患者， 以及妊娠与哺乳期患者。……
