摘要：随着Internet的出现，网络、计算机、通讯等技术的飞速发展，“数字”一词则进入了各个领域，社会各界通过网络、计算机、移动通讯等方式来传递信息，改变了人们获取信息的方式，促使文献资源的建设、管理、服务、获取信息方式等由纸质型向数字网络化方向转型，数字图书馆成为了未来图书馆的主要发展方向，在文献资源建设中，很多数据库不断涌现。结合作者的实际工作经历，论文以“花卉资源的关联规则算法研究”项目为案例，揭示数据库项目的开发建设过程。

Abstract： With the emergence of the Internet， the rapid development of network， such as computer， communication technology， the word "digital" into the fields， the social from all walks of life through the network， computer， mobile communications， and other ways to convey information， changed the way people access to information， make the construction of literature resources， management， service and the way of access to information from paper to digital network direction transformation， digital library has become the main direction of future library， in the construction of literature resources， many database. Combined with the author's practical work experience， the paper with "flower resources association rules algorithm research" project as a case， to reveal the development of the database project construction process.

1 项目研究的意义、现状、水平和发展趋势

随着现代网络，通信，计算机技术的飞速发展，“数字”的概念进入到各个领域，数字图书馆的发展开始推动图书馆的变革[1]，社会各界通过网络检索服务，电子商务，数据库以及电子资源导航等方面开始传递信息。特色数据库是图书馆根据文献信息资源，通过相关规范和标准处理、加工，在网络上发布，传递的管理和服务。数字图书馆是未来图书馆的发展方向。

结合作者的实际工作经历，论文以“花卉资源的关联规则算法”数据库项目为案例，对花卉统计的相关信息，目前，农、林部门的花卉产品统计类别与我国产品的发展状况基本吻合，查询了数字图书馆的相关资料，这类的相关统计数据基本没有或者说空白，而我院农博园的园艺化，设施化，工厂化为主要手段，融生产性、生活性、观赏性和生态性为一体的现代农业，充分展现我院再设施农业方面的技术含量，馆中有管道栽培模式，柱式栽培，厩架式栽培等等。……
