基于文献计量的我国医院科研档案管理研究分析

目的从文献角度探讨我国医院科研档案管理工作，了解我国医院科研档案管理研究的整体状况和发展情况。方法利用文献计量法，通过中国知网检索2000—2015年有关我国医院科研档案管理的论文，从论文的数量、第一作者及单位、地区、期刊分布等方面进行定量分析。结果我国有关医院科研档案的论文数量呈增长趋势；医院科研档案管理工作的研究主要集中于三级医疗机构，但是研究的人员和单位比较分散；东部沿海地区发表的论文数量多于中西部省份。结论我国医院科研档案管理研究呈逐年发展趋势，但是研究的人员和单位比较分散，缺乏核心作者群体和核心单位。我国中西部地区需加强医院科研档案管理研究工作。

［Abstract］Objective To study the hospital scientific research file management in our country from the perspective of literatures and know the overall condition and development condition of hospital scientific research file management research in our country.Methods The papers of hospital scientific research file management in our country from 2000 to 2015 were retrieved by the China national knowledge internet，and the number of papers，first author and unit，region and periodical distribution were given the quantitative analysis.Results The number of scientific research archives management of hospital is a growing trend.The institutions which research the scientific Research Archives Management of hospitals are mainly tertiary hospitals，but the authors and institutions are scattered.The number of papers published in the eastern provinces is more than Mid-west of China.Conclusion The scientific research file management in our country shows an annual development trend，however，the research staff and units are disperse，the core author group and core unit are shortage，and the scientific research file management research work needs to be enhanced in the mid-west region in our country.

医院科研档案是指医院工作人员在从事与医学相关的科学研究活动中，直接产生的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录［1］，记载了科学研究的详细内容和过程，对科研工作的先进性、科学性及实用价值的鉴定起着重要的作用［2］。随着医学科学技术的迅速发展，医学科研工作日益繁荣，医院承担的科研工作越来越多，随着大量的科研课题、成果、专利、高新技术等科研材料的不断增多，医学科研档案在医院档案中的比重也越来越大，已成为医院科学研究过程中的宝贵财富，成为医院科研水平实力的一种体现［3］。……
