护理管理在急诊创伤患者应用效果观察

目的观察护理管理在急诊创伤患者中的应用效果。方法该研究对象为2013年1月—2015年4月该院接收的88例急诊创伤患者，根据护理方式不同分为两组，每组44例。对照组进行常规护理模式，观察组开展护理管理联合常规护理模式，将两组急诊期间耗时情况、治疗效果及护理满意度展开比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者抢救时间、生命体征判断时间及一般判断时间均明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗总有效率与护理满意度分别为90.91%、93.18%，与对照组的72.73%、75.00%相比均较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将护理管理模式应用于急诊创伤患者中，有助于缩短患者急诊时间，减少医疗纠纷，改善临床治疗效果，具有临床推广价值。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the application effect of nursing management in patients with emergency trauma.Methods 88 cases of patients with emergency trauma admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 44 cases in each，the control group adopted the routine nursing model，the observation group adopted the nursing management combined with the routine nursing model，and the time-consumption situation，treatment effect and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time，vital sign think time and general think time in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were obvious，P＜0.05；the differences in the total effective rate of treatment and nursing satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group were obvious，（90.91%，93.18%vs 72.73%，75.00%），P＜0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing management model in patients with emergency trauma contributes to shortening the emergency time of patients，reducing the medical disputes and improving the clinical treatment effect，which is worth clinical promotion.

随着交通运输业与现代化工业技术的日益进步，导致创伤患者数量不断提高，创伤死亡率也随之增加［1］。创伤在中国是继心脏疾病、肿瘤疾病、脑部疾病之后第4位死亡因素［2］，我国每年因创伤死亡的人数约有800万之多，严重的创伤在急诊科的疾病中较为多见，因其突然性、多发性的特点导致残率及死亡率较高，严重危险患者的生命。据相关数据显示［3］，创伤死亡原因多与大量出血、胸、颅、腹部创伤有关。急诊的救治水平是衡量医疗机构乃至整个地区医疗水平的重要标志。……
