临床路径教学模式应用在中医护理临床教学中的研究

目的探讨临床路径教学模式在中医护理临床教学中的作用效果。方法选择该校2014年级实习学生68人随机分为两组，试验组34人，对照组34人，对照组学生采用传统教学法，实验组则加施临床路径教学模式，比较两组学生接受的综合教学质量评分、培训前后理论与操作成绩与对带班老师教学满意度。结果实验组学生接受的教学态度、教学方法、教学内容与教学效果评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；实验组学生培训后理论与操作成绩组间比较显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；实验组学生教学满意率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床路径教学模式在中医护理临床教学中的作用效果显著，具有借鉴性。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of clinical path teaching model in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical teaching.Methods 68 cases of student interns in 2014 were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each，the control group adopted the traditional teaching method，while the experimental group adopted the clinical path teaching model.And the overall teaching quality score，theoretical and operation scores before and after training and satisfactory degree to teachers were compared between the two groups.Results The teaching attitude，teaching method，teaching content and teaching effect scores in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group，and the differences were obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.01；the theoretical and operation scores after training in the experimental group was obviously higher than those in the control group and the differences were obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.01，and the teaching satisfactory rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the difference was obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.05.Conclusion The effect of clinical path teaching mode in the traditional Chinese medicine nursing clinical teaching is obvious，which is of reference significance.

中医护理临床教学是针对中医院临床护师必须给予的教学式培训，是提高护师中医知识，提升操作技能有效的培训手段，在临床上较受重视。近些年来有学者提出，临床路径所衍生的临床路径教学模式可充分提高各科临床医务人员的知识与操作水平，主张以最少的时间达到最佳的预期效果，故而教学效率更高，教学质量更好，在临床上日益普及［1］。……
