90后医学生性教育现状及问题对策研究

目的对90后医学生的性教育现状进行了解，找出其中存在的问题，为科学的开展90后医学生的性教育提供依据。方法从某医学院校中随机选择525名90后医学生进行问卷调查。结果大多数医学生虽然具有一定的性知识，但是在性知识尤其是性疾病知识方面还是存在欠缺，在性观念和性行为上更是存在问题。结论从现状和需要出发，十分有必要对90后医学生进行性教育，医学院校和各类高校都应当加强对学生的科学的性教育。

［Abstract］Objective To know the sex education status of post-90s medical students，find out the issues and provide basis for scientifically carrying out the sex education of post-90s medical students.Methods 525 cases of post-90s medical students in some medical college were randomly selected and surveyed by the questionnaires.Results Although most medical students had some sex knowledge，they were lack of sex knowledge especially the sex disease knowledge，and the issues of sex concept and sex behavior were more severe.Conclusion It is necessary to carry out the sex education for post-90s medical students from the status and needs，and the medical colleges and various types of colleges should enhance the scientific sex education of students.

当前在各大医学院校中90后医学生是主体，90后医学生在思想上、价值观等方面都有新时代青年的特征，作为医学生他们承担着为社会传播健康和救死扶伤的重要使命。无论是从他们自身心理健康或是人格健全角度还是未来从业需要，对90后医学生进行性教育都是十分必要的。然而尽管如此，当前的医学院校作为专业的医学生培养摇篮，却很少有性教育教学的完整体系，医学生的现有的性教育主要体现在普及传统的生殖健康教育以及宣扬性节制观，其不仅在教育内容和方式方法上存在问题，还远远落后于当代90后医学院大学生的与时俱进的人生观和价值观。对此，笔者认为医学院校应当正视性教育，积极建立针对当前90后医学生为主体的性教育教学体系，通过科学的课程设置和教学方法来开展性教育。……
