【摘要】 Jefferson骨折作为寰椎骨折各型中危险性比较高的类型，必须及时予以治疗解除压迫、保持稳定性和尽量保留结构功能。复位钢板的应用相对安全，出血少，也是符合生理的、合理的生物学固定。特别是当前随着各种钢板的问世，Jefferson骨折复位钢板的治疗有了质的飞跃。本文首先概述了Jefferson骨折的含义与发病机制，对Jefferson骨折的临床诊断进行了论述，重点探讨了Jefferson骨折复位钢板在临床上的应用方法，综述了Jefferson骨折复位钢板在临床上的应用进展。

【Abstract】 Jefferson fractures is relatively high in the type of the atlas of fracture risk，it must be treated promptly lift oppression，maintaining stability and to preserve the structure and function.Applications reduction plate is relatively safe and has less bleeding，but also meets the physiological and reasonable biological fixation.Especially now with the advent of various steel，Jefferson fractures treat the steel sheet has been a qualitative leap.This paper provided an overview of Jefferson fracture meaning and pathogenesis，and the clinical diagnosis Jefferson fractures were discussed，focused on the Jefferson fracture reduction plate in the clinical application of the method，reviewed the Jefferson fracture reduction plate application in clinic.

寰椎是枕-寰-枢复合体最重要关节，其中Jefferson骨折为常见的类型，对上颈椎的稳定性影响最大。Jefferson骨折一旦发生可造成上颈段脊髓的损伤，其后果比较严重[1]。随着现代交通事业和运动项目的不断发展，当前我国Jefferson骨折患者越来越多[2]。常规不伴有神经损伤的不稳定型Jefferson骨折可通过适当的外固定支具保守治疗都可以得到较好的预后，但是保守治疗的固定不确切，具有容易出现颈项部肌肉萎缩等缺点[3]。Jefferson骨折手术的目的在于纠正脱位、恢复寰枢椎的稳定、解除脊髓压迫，不过常规手术会使枕颈部的屈伸旋转功能丧失，在治疗效果上存在一定缺陷，严重影响患者的生活质量[4]。复位钢板有良好的生物力学稳定性[5]。本文具体探讨了Jefferson骨折復位钢板在临床上的应用进展，现报道如下。
