【摘要】 目的：研究及观察剖宫产术后不同时期子宫瘢痕部位愈合相关指标的表达情况。方法：选取2003年1月-2015年3月的86例剖宫产妇女为观察组，并取同时期的86例顺产妇女为对照组，然后将对照组正常肌层和观察组瘢痕肌层愈合相关指标进行分别检测及比较，并比较观察组中不同产后年份者的愈合相关指标表达情况。结果：观察组的瘢痕肌层愈合相关指标阳性表达率均明显高于对照组正常肌层的表达情况，而观察组中产后<1年及1～3年者的阳性表达率明显高于其他时间者，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：剖宫产术后不同时期子宫瘢痕部位愈合相关指标的表达呈现一定的变化，应早期加强对创面愈合方面的监测及干预。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study and observe the expression situation of healing related indexes of uterine scar sites at different periods after cesarean section.Method：86 women with cesarean section from January 2003 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group，86 women with natural labour at the same time were selected as the control group，then the healing related indexes of the control group with normal muscle layer and the observation group with uterine scar muscle layer were detected and compared，and the healing related indexes expression situation of observation group uterine scar sites at different postpartum years were compared too.Result：The healing related indexes positive expression rates of uterine scar muscle layer in the observation group were all obviously higher than those of normal muscle layer in the control group，and the positive expression rates of the observation group at postpartum <1 year and 1 to 3 years were obviously higher than those at other times，the differences were significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of healing related indexes of uterine scar sites at different periods after cesarean section show certain change，and the monitoring and intervention of wound healing should be strengthened at the early stage.

剖宮产产后子宫创面愈合是一个较长的过程，而影响创面愈合的指标较多，对这些指标的变化监测有助于早期的有效干预，为子宫创伤愈合干预措施的制定奠定基础。临床中与肌肉纤维增生相关的指标较多，其中胶原蛋白及细胞基质中的指标均与之密切相关[1-2]，但是对于其在剖宫产产后不同时期的表达研究却极为不足。故本文中笔者就剖宫产术后不同时期子宫瘢痕部位愈合相关指标的表达情况进行研究，结果分析如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2003年1月-2015年3月的86例剖宫产妇女为观察组，并取同时期的86例顺产妇女为对照组。纳入标准：年龄满20岁的育龄妇女；足月妊娠者；能积极配合研究检查者。排除标准：早产者；并发妊娠期基础疾病者；不能有效配合检查研究者。对照组86例顺产者中，年龄20～32岁，平均（27.4±3.6）岁，孕周37.0～41.8周，平均（40.4±1.1）周，其中产后<1年者20例，产后1～3年者16例，产后4～6年者17例，产后7～10年者17例，产后>10年者16例。……
