【摘要】 目的：为了进一步提高创伤性颅脑损伤患者的治疗效果，分析和探讨治疗过程中亚低温治疗的价值和意义。方法：按照随机数字表的方法选取60例于2010年7月-2015年7月在笔者所在医院治疗的创伤性颅脑损伤患者作为观察资料，将其分为观察组和对照组各30例，其中观察组患者选取亚低温治疗，而对照组患者选取开颅手术治疗，遵照格拉斯哥预后评分（GOS）进行治疗效果判定。结果：观察组总有效率为70.00%，植物人及死亡率为30.00%，对照组总有效率为46.67%，植物人及死亡率为53.33%，观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对于创伤性颅脑损伤的患者在治疗的过程中选取亚低温方案治疗，能够取得很好的治疗效果，减少不良事件的发生率，值得临床应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss and analyze the value and significance of the mild hypothermia in the treatment of the traumatic craniocerebral injury，in order to further improve the effect of the traumatic craniocerebral injury treatment.Method：60 cases with traumatic craniocerebral injury，which admitted in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2015，they were selected as the research object and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method，each group of 30 cases.The observation group were given mild hypothermia treatment，while control group were given surgical operation treatment.The treatment effect was determined by the Glasgow outcome scale（GOS）.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 70.00%，vegetative and mortality rate was 30.00%，while total effective tare of the control group was 6.67%，vegetative and mortality rate was 53.33%，curative effect of the observation group was more significant than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Mild hypothermia treatment for patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury can get very good treatment effect and reduce the risk of adverse events，worthy of clinical application.

創伤性颅脑损伤属于脑外科发病率较高的疾病之一，往往症状比较典型，就诊时很多患者已出现意识模糊、暂时性失忆及神经系统症状，而且病情发展很快，若治疗不及时或治疗不当会严重的威胁患者的生命安全[1-2]。急性颅脑损伤是神经外科常见的急症，会危及患者生命。传统的治疗手段主要是内科和手术治疗，虽然取得了一定的治疗效果，但是并不令人满意。目前在临床上亚低温治疗方案得到越来越多的推广和支持，这和其能够减少患者脑代谢和继发性脑损害密不可分[3-4]。笔者所在医院对部分患者采取亚低温治疗，取得了一定的治疗效果，现将结果总结报道如下。

1 资料与方法
