协同护理模式对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂的控制及生活质量的影响

目的探讨协同护理模式对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖血脂的控制及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年10月～2015年10月西南医科大学附属医院收治的138例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组及研究组，各69例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予协同护理模式。比较两组患者血糖血脂控制效果和生活质量改善情况。结果研究组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组患者生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论协同护理模式可显著降低患者血糖血脂水平，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the effect of collaborative care model on blood glucose and lipid control and quality of life in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods From October 2014 to October 2015，138 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipemia in Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and study group，each group had 69 cases，by isometric random sampling method under the consent of the patients'informed consent.Paitents in the control groups were given usual care，patients in the study group were given collaborative care model.The blood glucose and lipid control effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose，postprandial blood sugar，TC，TG，HDL-C，LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group，with statistically significant differences（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Collaborative care model can significantly reduce the level of blood glucose and blood lipid，improve the life quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.

随着人们生活及饮食结构的变化，糖尿病的发病率逐年增加，糖尿病是由于胰岛素调节异常引起的糖、脂代谢紊乱，累及多系统、多器官常见的慢性代谢性疾病，多数糖尿病患者会并发高脂血症症状［1-2］。糖尿病合并高脂血症给患者带来了诸多不便，严重影响到患者的生活质量甚者引起并发症危及患者的生命［3-4］。本研究选择138例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者给……
