基于ZigBee无线通讯的输液报警仪

为解决批量患者的静脉输液管理难题，本文基于ZigBee无线通讯装置研制出了一种能够便携、实用的输液报警仪，该输液报警仪由内置ZigBee无线收发器的输液信息监测终端、协调器、中继器、远程输液监测终端四部分组成，主要利用ZigBee无线通信节点的“多次反射”功能，组建蜂窝状监测网络，实现仅一名护理人员即可掌握直径170 m范围内至少200名患者的所有输液信息，并进行输液滴速过慢、滴速过快、输液结束报警提示，保证患者的输液安全，大幅降低护理人员的工作强度，适用于各级医院门急诊输液室、病房或各种突发公共事件的救援工作。

［Abstract］To solve the problem of intravenous fluids of patients with batch management problem，this article is based on ZigBee wireless communication device has been developed by a transfusion Jalarming instrument which can be portable and practical，the transfusion alarming instrument by the built-in ZigBee wireless transceiver infusion information monitoring terminal，coordinator，repeater，remote infusion monitoring terminals of four parts，mainly using the ZigBee wireless communication nodes"multiple reflections"function，to form honeycomb monitoring network，implementing only a nursing personnel can mastered within 170 meters of diameter of at least 200 patients of all transfusion information，and infusion drip speed too slow，dripping speed too fast，the end of the infusion alarm prompt，to ensure safety of transfusion patients，greatly reduce the work intensity of nursing personnel，this applies to all levels of hospital infusion room，ward or various public emergencies of the rescue work.

静脉输液是临床护理工作中最常用、最重要的操作，在为患者建立静脉通道后，护理人员仅依靠经验或频繁巡视病房以掌握患者的输液情况，极大地增加了护士的无效工作量，同时若护士未及时巡视患者输液情况，会产生诸多输液问题［1-3］，如液体输毕未及时换液或拔针导致的静脉回血、患者私自调快输液滴速导致的循环负荷过重，上述情况增加了患者痛苦，引发护患矛盾［4］。目前报道的输液报警仪多采用弹簧测重法、液面法或电极法，其检测干扰因素多、可靠性低，不能远程实时监测多名患者的输液信息及输液报警，且未涉及护士能够随身携带的监测终端监测装置研究［5-11］。……
