全军基层卫生防疫骨干培训班教学模式改革实践研究

为切实提高全军基层卫生防疫骨干的理论水平和现场处置能力，搭建基层防疫骨干交流平台，第四军医大学承办了第二届“全军基层卫生防疫骨干培训班”。此次培训班，针对基层部队防疫工作实际需要，围绕着“学时不变、效益提高”，拓展开设实用课程，精选教学内容，改革教学方式和手段，并在培训班结束后进行全面评估，有效提升了短期培训的效益，为今后更好地承办同类短期培训班积累了有益的经验，奠定了扎实的基础。

［Abstract］In order to effectively improve the theoretical level and field disposal capacity of the main force of the army's primary health and epidemic prevention，and to build communication platform for the main force，the Fourth Military Medical University has organized the second session of the"army primary health and epidemic prevention of training main force course".This training course is focused on the practical work of the army units in the course and centred on the principle of"no teaching hours change，but learning efficiency being improved".We develop and set up practical courses，handpick teaching contents，change teaching manners and methods，and evaluate the efficiency of the reform at the end of the training.The reform can effectively enhance the short-term training and accumulate helpful experience and lay a solid foundation for better organizing similar short-term training in the future.

卫生防疫工作与官兵的健康息息相关，是军队卫生保障的重要组成部分，对巩固部队战斗力、保障各项任务顺利完成起着十分重要的作用［1］。尤其是基层卫生防疫工作，它是军队卫生防疫体系的第一道防线，在卫勤保障方面的地位是不可替代的［2］。因此，在部队基层培养一支素质较高、专业技术过硬的卫生防疫骨干队伍，尤其是高素质复合型人才，是当前军事斗争准备的重要环节之一［3］。为了提升全军基层卫生防疫系统面对突发疫情或核、化、生武器恐怖袭击时的应对能力，保障部队战斗力，保护军民健康，随时做好军事斗争准备，2015年，第四军医大学（以下简称“我校”）承办了第二届“全军基层卫生防疫骨干培训班”。……
