两种内固定方式治疗老年粗隆间骨折的疗效观察

目的 探讨在对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者治疗时使用不同内固定方法的临床疗效，比较其应用价值。方法 将我院收治的78例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象，将所有患者随机性的分为观察组和对照组。结果 两组患者的治疗效果差异没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。但观察组患者的并发症发生率、手术时间以及卧床时间和出血量要低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施临床治疗时，通过对患者实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉的内固定方法治疗可提升治疗安全性。

【Abstract】

Objective To investigate the elderly femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were treated with different internal fixation methods of clinical efficacy and the application value. Methods In our hospital，78 cases of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients as the object of study，all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Results The two groups of patients with the treatment effect of the difference was not statistically significant（P＞0.05），but the observation group of patients with complication rate，operation time and bed time and bleeding volume were significantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion The femoral coarse intertrochanteric fractures through to the implementation of proximal femoral anti rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation methods in the treatment can significantly improve the safety of the treatment.

有研究显示，对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者最为常见和有效的治疗方法为内固定治疗［1］。但需要注意，目前针对股骨粗隆间骨折患者的内固定方法较多，而这些方法的治疗效果和治疗安全性存在不同［2-3］。本次研究中，分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的不同内固定方法的治疗效果，现报道如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

收集我院2010年2月～2014年12月收治的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者78例。男46例，女32例，年龄在60～77岁，平均（68.63±8.63）岁；AO分型：31A11 型5例，A1.2型16例，A1.3型22例，31A2.1型15例，A2.2型20例。所有患者均经影像学检查确诊，并将其使用随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组，每组均为39例。两组患者的年龄以及性别等一般资料差异没有统计学意义。……
