电话回访对初产妇母乳喂养行为的影响

目的 探讨电话回访对初产妇母乳喂养行为的影响。方法 于2015年5月到～2016年3月，选择正常分娩的120例初产妇，随机分为常规组（n=60，常规母乳喂养指导）和回访组（n=60，常规指导+电话回访），对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果 回访组产妇产后6周母乳喂养主观规范、行为控制、态度评分及产后6周母乳喂养率与常规组相比较高，P＜0.05。结论 电话回访可有效改善初产妇母乳喂养行为。

【Abstract】

Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on primiparas breast feeding behavior. Methods From May 2015 to March 2016，120 cases of normal delivery of primipara，were randomly assigned to routine group（n=60，regular breastfeeding Guide）and return visit group（n=60，the routine guidance and call return），compared two groups of maternal care. Results Return visit group of postpartum breast feeding of 6 weeks subjective norm，behavior control，attitude scores and postpartum 6 weeks of breast feeding rate than the conventional group was significantly higher，P＜0.05. Conclusion Telephone interviews can effectively improve the primiparae mother milk feeding behavior.

婴幼儿正处于生长发育的重要时期，营养状况直接影响着婴幼儿的健康成长。当前诸多研究结果证明，母乳喂养是改善婴幼儿营养状况的最佳方式［1］。但当前初产妇产后受多种因素影响导致母乳喂养率较低，不利于婴幼儿的健康成长。加强初产妇母乳喂养率是当前亟待解决的问题。此次研究中探讨电话回访对初产妇母乳喂养行为的影响，以期改善母乳喂养率，保证婴幼儿营养供应充足。以下进行具体报道。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

于2015年5月～2016年3月，选择在我院正常分娩的120例初产妇作为研究对象，均为初产妇；均为单胎足月妊娠；均排除营养状况不佳或乳房乳头发育不佳产妇；排除存在妇产科疾病产妇；排除存在严重产后并发症产妇；排除存在严重内科疾病产妇；所有产妇均能自主表达意愿；均自愿配合研究。

将产妇随机分为常规组（n=60）和回访组（n=60），常规组产妇年龄21～26岁，平均年龄（23.5±1.4）岁；孕周35～41周，平均孕周（38.6±1.4）周；……
