优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用

目的 探究与分析优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用。方法 选取我院自2014年5月～2016年5月収治的90例子宫肌瘤切除术患者，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与优质护理组，每组各45例，对比两组患者负性情绪及术后性生活质量。结果 优质护理组与常规护理组相比SAS评分、SDS评分均降低，每周性生活频率增高、性唤起时间缩短、获得高潮时间延长，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将优质护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者中可有效降低负性情绪，改善性生活质量。

【Abstract】

Objective To explore the effect of the quality of nursing in the laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods 90 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were treated，taking a random number table method was divided into routine nursing group and the high quality nursing group，45 cases in each group. To compared the negative emotions and postoperative sexual life quality in two groups of patients. Results The SAS scores and SDS scores，the period of sexual arousal in high quality nursing group were significantly lower than that in routine nursing group. The per week the two groups in the frequency of sexual life，shortening of sexual arousal time and orgasm time in high quality nursing group were significantly higher than that in routine nursing group，the difference with statistical significance（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion The quality of nursing applied to laparoscopic myomectomy in patients can effectively reduce the negative emotions，improve the quality of sexual life.

子宫肌瘤作为临床上一类发病率较高的妇科良性肿瘤，以中老年妇女作为主要人群，临床上表现为盆腔包块、月经异常、继发性贫血甚至不孕等症状，对女性患者的生活质量及心理健康均造成了不良影响［1］。目前针对子宫肌瘤的治疗多以腹腔镜为主，巨大多数患者的治疗效果较好，但仍需配合积极有效的护理对策以促进改善预后，达到更好的治愈目的。现我院不同护理方法在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的应用展开分析，结果总结报告如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取我院自2014年5月～2016年5月収治的90例子宫肌瘤切除术患者，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组与优质护理组，每组各45例。常规护理组年龄在42～54岁，平均年龄为（46.2±2.2）岁，病程在1～5年，平均病程为（2.9±0.3）年，直径4～11 cm，平均直径为（5.9±1.3）cm。……
