经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗老年前列腺增生的效果观察

目的 对老年前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术，观察临床治疗效果。方法 择取本院于2012年8月～2015年11月收治的老年前列腺增生患者96例，按照患者入院时间，将其划分为治疗组与对照组，每组各48例。对对照组患者行经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，对治疗组患者行经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗。观察并对比两组患者的术后各项指标、生活质量评分以及并发症发生率。结果 治疗组患者在术后各项指标、生活质量以及并发症发生率方面的数据优于对照组患者，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对老年前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术，可以有效缩短患者的手术时间，加快患者恢复速率，改善预后，降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量。

【Abstract】

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect of the effect of transurethral enucleation of prostate in the treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from August 2012 to November 2015 were 96 cases，divided into treatment group and control group according to the time of admission，48 cases in each group. The control group of patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate for treatment，patients in the treatment group were treated by transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate treatment. Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with postoperative indicators，quality of life scores and the probability of occurrence of complications. Results The data in the postoperative indicators，quality of life and incidence of complications of the treatment group were better than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral plasmakinetic enucleation of prostate，can effectively shorten the operation time，accelerate recovery rate，improve the prognosis，reduce the probability of occurrence of complications，improve the quality of life of patients.

经尿道前列腺电切术是现今前列腺增生症临床治疗的主要手段，但随着近年外科技术的快速发展，经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术得到临床的广泛应用。该术式作为新兴治疗手段，具有较好的凝血功能，治疗过程中，通过灌注生理盐水的方式［1］，不仅可以减少患者的出血量，还能缩减手术时间，具有较高的治疗安全性。本院为对比经尿道前列腺电切术与经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术的临床应用价值，对老年前列腺增生患者进行了如下实验。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料
