云克改善类风湿性关节炎患者合并骨质疏松的临床观察

目的观察云克用于改善类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法选择2013年12月～2015年12月我院治疗的类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症患者48例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各24例，两组均予常规治疗，观察组加用云克，比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、BMD的变化情况，并对两组的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗后，观察组患者的BMD水平较治疗前均显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且观察组治疗后的BMD水平显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而对照组治疗前后BMD未见明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后，两组患者的VAS评分显著降低，且观察组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义［（2.16±0.38）分vs（2.93±0.52）分，P＜0.05］。治疗后，观察组与对照组患者的总有效率分别为91.67%、75.00%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后的临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论云克可明显提高类风湿性关节炎合并骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效，明显缓解患者的疼痛症状，值得临床广泛推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yunke improvement in patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined osteoporosis.Methods A total of 48 patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined osteoporosis in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group，each with 24 cases，two groups were given conventional treatment，the observation group was added with Yunke，the BMD and VAS changes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment，and the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment，the BMD levels in observation group were significantly higher than before treatment，the difference was significant（P＜0.05），and the BMD levels in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the difference was significant（P＜0.05），but there were no obvious changes of the BMD levels in the control group before and after treatment，the difference was not significant（P＞0.05）.After treatment，the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased，and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was significant［（2.16±0.38）scores vs（2.93±0.52）scores，P＜0.05］.After treatment，the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group were 91.67%，75.00%，the difference was significant（P＜0.05）；There were significant differences of the clinical efficacy between the two groups（P＜0.05）.Conclu鄄sion Yunke can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis combined osteoporosis，significantly ease patients'the pain symptoms，and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
