全面护理对宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合治疗不孕症围术期的影响

目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗不孕症的护理效果。方法选择2014年1月～2016年4月我院收治的75例不孕症患者，根据护理方式的差异分为常规组和全面组。两组患者均采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗，常规组辅以常规护理，全面组辅以围术期全面护理。比较两组患者对宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术护理的满意度；护理前后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪；宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术并发症发生率。结果全面组患者对宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术护理的满意度显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）；干预前两组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后全面组较常规组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪改善更显著（P＜0.05）；全面组宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术并发症发生率显著低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗不孕症患者辅以围术期全面护理效果确切，可有效减少手术并发症的发生，缓解患者不良情绪，提升患者满意度，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the nursing effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of infertility.Methods 75 patients with infertility who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to April 2016 were selected as research subjects.The admitted patients were assigned to the regular group and the comprehensive group according to the differences of nursing mode.The two groups of patients were both given combined surgical treatment of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.The regular group was given regular nursing；the comprehensive group was given the comprehensive nursing during perioperative period.The satisfaction degree towards the nursing of the combined surgical of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was compared between the two groups；anxiety and depression before and after the nursing were compared between the two groups；incidence rate of complications induced by the combined surgery of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy was compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate towards the nursing of the combined surgery of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the comprehensive group was significantly higher than that in the regular group（P＜0.05）；the anxiety and depression before the intervention in the two groups were similar（P＞0.05）；the anxiety and depression after the intervention in the comprehensive group were significantly improved compared with those in the regular group（P＜0.05）；the incidence rate of complications induced by the combined surgery of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the regular group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Combined surgery of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the treatment of infertility，assisted by the comprehensive nursing during perioperative period，has exact effects，and is able to effectively reduce surgical complications，alleviate patients'negative emotions，and improve patients'satisfaction degree，which is worthy of promotion.

近年来，临床上不孕症发病率逐年升高，其中，以输卵管阻塞为原因的不孕症所占比例较高，临床常用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合手术治疗。该手术方法结合了腹腔镜和宫腔镜的优势，可有效治疗输卵管畸形和盆腔粘连，手术安全性和准确性高，可减轻患者身心痛苦［1］，但仍需做好围术期护理工作。……
