丽水市某高校学生艾滋病知晓率调查分析

目的调查了解丽水市某高校学生对艾滋病相关知识、行为、态度的基本情况，总结各种现象并提出针对性方法。方法随机抽取500名大学生，采用调查问卷的方式调查其个人基本情况、艾滋病预防知识的了解程度、相关行为及对待艾滋病患者的态度。结果本次参与调查的大学生对艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率为71.55%，对传播途径的总体知晓率为74.6%，低于国家期望的“校内青少年艾滋病防治知识知晓率达到85%以上”的目标。调查学生中存在较高比例与感染相关的高危行为。结论高校应加强性道德教育，增加艾滋病预防知识讲座；加强案例宣传，如以身边的例子警示学生；设立专家咨询中心，报道最新治疗进展，减少学生对艾滋病的恐惧。

［Abstract］Objective To understand the basic information of AIDS-related knowledge，behavior and attitude among the university students in a college of Lishui through investigation and conclude the phenomenon and raise specific solutions.Methods 500 university students were randomly selected and the personal information，awareness of prevention of AIDS，related behavior and the attitudes to the AIDS patients were investigated through the questionnaires.Results The total awareness rate of the participated students to related knowledge of AIDS was 71.55%，and the total awareness rate to the transmission route was 74.6%，lower than the target of over 85%awareness rate anticipated by the nation.The rate of AIDS-related high risky behavior was high among the students.Conclusion The University should attach importance to the sexual ethic education，launch AIDS prevention lectures，strengthen propaganda and warn the students with the surrounding examples.In addition，the university should also set consulting center，report the latest treatment development and decrease the fear for AIDS.

艾滋病（AIDS）即获得性免疫缺陷综合征，是由人类免疫缺陷病毒HIV引起的、主要通过性和血液传播的疾病。艾滋病已在全球范围内成为严重危害人类生存与发展的公共卫生和社会问题，形势十分严峻［1］。大学生处于性活跃的年龄，由于性发育的提前、性观念的开放，对性具有很强烈的好奇心，发生不安全性行为的几率增大，容易受到艾滋病的侵袭［2］。为了解本市高校学生对艾滋病的知识、态度、行为的知晓率，为今后高校艾滋病的健康教育与防治提供理论依据，本课题组于2015年12月～2016年3月对本市某高校进行了艾滋病知晓率调查，现报道如下。……
