干扰素-α联合化疗治疗恶性黑色素瘤临床疗效观察

目的观察干扰素-α（INF-α）联合化疗治疗恶性黑色素瘤临床效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年11月间于我院住院治疗的晚期恶性黑色素瘤患者共84例，以随机数字表法均分为对照组及观察组，每组42例。对照组给予常规DDAVC化疗方案治疗，观察组加用干扰素联合注射用达卡巴嗪（DTIC），观察两组血清免疫指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组化疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群活性比较差异无统计学意义（t=1.793、2.081、0.642、2.229，P＞0.05）；对照组化疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群活性水平比较差异具有统计学意义（t=9.264、7.839、5.633、8.129，P＜0.05）；两组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=13.574，P＜0.05）；治疗后两组患者均有不同程度的不良反应，观察组在恶心呕吐、白细胞减少、血红蛋白减少、肝功能及肾功能损伤发生率方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.69、17.68、19.04、23.78、16.54，P＜0.05）。结论干扰素-α联合化疗治疗恶性黑色素瘤具有明显疗效，可以在临床中推广使用。

［Abstract］Objective To observe the clinical effects of interferon-combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant melanoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with advanced malignant melanoma who were hospitalized in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 were selected.They were assigned to the control group and the observation group via the random number table，with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given regular DDAVC chemotherapy，and the observation group was further given interferon combined with DTIC for injection.Serum immunological indicators，clinical curative effects，adverse reactions were observed between two groups.Results The activities of T lymphocyte subgroup before and after the chemotherapy in the observation group were not statistically significant（t=1.793，2.081，0.642，2.229，P＞0.05）；the activities of T lymphocyte subgroup before and after the chemotherapy in the control group were statistically significant（t=9.264，7.839，5.633，8.129，P＜0.05）；the treatment effective rates compared between the two groups were statistically significant（χ2=13.574，P＜0.05）；different degrees of adverse reactions were observed in both groups of patients after the treatment，and the incidence rates of nausea and vomit，leukopenia，decrease in hemoglobin，and damages of liver function and renal function compared with those in the control group were statistically significant（χ2=12.69，17.68，19.04，23.78，16.54，P＜0.05）.Conclusion Interferon-combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant melanoma has significant curative effects，which can be promoted in clinical application.
