椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果研究

目的探讨椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月～2015年1月我院收治的腰椎多节段退变性疾病患者130例，随机分为对照组及研究组各65例，对照组患者予常规诊疗，研究组患者予椎间盘造影诊疗，对比两组患者的治疗结果。结果在两组患者的治疗结果方面，研究组患者的VSA评分以及ODI评分均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在两组患者的并发症发生情况方面，研究组患者显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果理想，有利于改善患者预后，临床上应当推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To explore the application effect of discography in the treatment and diagnosis of lumbar multisegment degenerative diseases.Methods A total of 130 patients with lumbar multi-segment degenerative diseases who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were selected.They were randomly assigned to the control group and the research group，with 65 patients in each group.The control group was given regular treatment and diagnosis，and the research group was given discography for the diagnosis and treatment.The curative results were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of the curative results in the two groups，VSA scores and ODI scores in the research group were both significantly better than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.In terms of the complications in the two groups，the research group was significantly lower than the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application effects of discography in the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar multi-segment degenerative diseases are ideal，which is beneficial to improving patients'prognosis and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.

椎间盘造影在过去被看作一种操作比较复杂甚至可能造成并发症的检查手段，在临床应用过程当中遭到比较严格的限制。腰椎间盘退变性疾病可以说是骨科的常见病和多发病，近年来随着MRI以及CT技术的进步，从影像学角度为患者的诊断治疗提供依据。国内研究显示，椎间盘造影作为MRI以及CT检查的补充，在腰椎间盘退变治疗方面有重要的应用价值［1］。本研究探讨椎间盘造影在腰椎多节段退变性疾病诊治中的应用效果，现报道如下。
