手术室护士压力来源及应对

目的探究医院手术室护理人员的压力来源及应对方式和措施。方法选取该院2016年1月—2016年4月在职手术室护理人员64例作为研究对象，给予64例护理人员焦虑、抑郁自量表，并对其基础情况、工作压力及应对方式行问卷调查。结果护理人员的焦虑、抑郁及压力平分均较高。结论手术室护理人员主要的压力来源来自其高强度的工作量及、专业知识、工作要求程度、人际关系及职业的危险系数，因此对护理人员自身压力需进行充分的探究和分析，寻找积极正面有效的减压方式，增加手术室的护理质量。

［Abstract］Objective To study the pressure sources and coping methods and measures of nursing personnel in hospital operating room.Methods 64 cases of on-the-job nursing personnel in the operating room in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects and were given anxiety and depression self-assessment scale，and the basic condition，work pressure and coping method were surveyed by the questionnaire.Results The average score of anxiety，depression and pressure of nursing personnel was higher.Conclusion The pressure sources of nursing personnel in the operating room are the high-intensive workload，professional knowledge，work requirement degree，interpersonal relationship and occupational risk coefficient，therefore，we should fully study and analyze the pressure of nursing personnel，look for the positive and effective decompression methods and improve the nursing quality in the operating room.

现代医疗的飞速发展，要求医护人员专业的医疗水平和技术，丰富的临床经验以及大量的工作时间，其中对手术室人员的要求最高［1］。因手术室属医院特殊科室，它不仅可以反映该医院的临床治疗技术水平，也可以对医院从业人员的质量、以及面对工作环境的压力以及社会压力等因素的应急措施具有较高要求。手术室护理人员是在手术室工作中起到承上启下的作用，但其承受的压力也会随之增加，并影响护理质量，因此手术室护理人员的压力，现如今已然成为一种危险因素［2］。为探究手术室护理人员的压力来源及应对措施，该研究选取该院64例手术室护理人员作为研究对象，现报道如下。……
