医学生学习医学英语的现状及其影响因素

目的通过对医学院校的问卷调查，了解医学生学习医学英语的现状及其影响因素，更好的提升医学生学习医学英语的水平。方法课题采用文献阅读及随机抽取式问卷调查的方式进行研究。结果医学院的学生学习任务重、学习知识量多且学习压力大，在专业性学习医学知识外，医学英语就显得枯燥乏味，同时教学内容、教学方法的单一，不能提高学生学习医学英语的兴趣，也就不能调动起学生学习医学英语的积极性和自主性。再者，医学英语教学模式单一，课程设置不合理，课时相对不足，医学教材质量低，缺乏统一的医学英语教学大纲指导、医学英语教师师资不容乐观等因素，无法满足医学生对于医学英语的学习需求。结论医学生学习医学英语的现状不容乐观，学校及社会应重视并改革对医学英语的教学与发展。

［Abstract］Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of medical students'learning of medical English，and to improve the level of medical students'learning English.Methods The subjects were studied by literature reading and random sampling questionnaire.Results Medical college students learning task is heavy，the amount of learning knowledge more and learning pressure，learning medical knowledge in the professional，medical English is boring，also teaching content，teaching methods single，can improve the students'interest in learning medical English，also can mobilize students learning enthusiasm and autonomy of medical English.Furthermore，a single medical English teaching mode，unreasonable curriculum，class is relatively insufficient，low quality of medical materials，lack of unified medical English teaching syllabus guide，medical English teachers of teachers should not be optimistic and other factors，unable to meet the medical students for medical English learning needs.Conclusion The present situation of medical students in learning English is not optimistic，the school and the society should pay attention to and reform the teaching and development of medical English.

20世纪60～70年代，谢大任教授提出“以医学英语教学为主题”的教学模式；80年代，邵循道教授等就这一模式进行了更为广泛的实践研究。但是，1987年全国大学生英语教学大纲的颁布以及大学英语四、六级统考的实施，使得医学院校英语教学模式又转向了以基础英语学习为主体。90年代，部分高校开始实施“基础英语教学+医学专业英语教学”这一模式，这使医学英语得以重新发展。……
