静脉留置针U型固定技巧的临床应用和护理

目的研究分析静脉留置针U型固定技巧的临床应用和护理方法。方法随机选取2013年4月～2015年8月我科接受治疗的使用静脉留置针的100例患者为研究对象，将上述患者随机分为两组，各纳入50例。对照组采取常规固定方法，观察组则采取U型固定方法，均予以优质护理。结果对比两组患者并发症发生率以及护理满意率，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论静脉留置针U型固定可有效降低各类并发症的发生率，从而有效避免反复穿刺对患者造成的痛苦，提高患者的诊疗舒适度及满意度，同时也在一定程度上减轻了护理人员的工作量，可为患者提供更为优质的护理服务。

【Abstract】

Objective To study and analyze the clinical application and nursing methods of U type fixation technique for venous indwelling needle. Methods Selected 100 patients who received treatment in our department from April 2013 to August 2015 in our department were randomly divided into two groups，50 patients in each group were included in the study.The control group was treated with routine fixation，while the observation group was treated with U type fixed method. Results The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Venous indwelling needle U type fixation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of，and can effectively avoid the pain caused by repeated puncture on patients，improve the comfort degree and satisfaction of the diagnosis and treatment of patients，also in a certain extent，reduce the workload of the nursing staff，can provide more high quality nursing service for the patients.

护理工作中若使用常规的输液针头不仅易导致液体外渗的不良情况，而且也不利于患者的临床治疗。静脉留置针具有操作简便、套管柔软、降低液体外渗发生几率、提高医护人员工作效率的功效［1］。近年来有研究发现留置针固定方法以及护理方法的不同会对患者诊疗情况造成直接影响［2-3］。故本次研究将以随机选取2013年4月～2015年8月我科接受治疗的使用静脉留置针的100例患者为研究对象，研究分析静脉留置针U型固定技巧的临床应用和护理方法，现分析如下。
