中医护理应用于肛肠科患者术后排便困难效果分析

目的 分析中医护理应用于肛肠科患者术后排便困难的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年3月收治的100例肛肠疾病治疗患者的临床资料，根据护理方法不同分为对照组（50例）、观察组（50例），对照组行常规护理，观察组行中医护理，观察比较两组术后恢复效果及生活质量。结果 护理后两组症状积分均较护理前下降，且观察组下降程度较对照组大（P＜0.05）；对照组SF-36各项指标评分均较观察组评分低（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中医护理可有效缓解肛肠病患者术后症状，提高其生活质量。

【Abstract】

Objective To analyze the nursing of traditional Chinese medicine applied to difficult defecation of patients with Anorectal diseases. Methods 100 cases of anorectal disease patients with clinical data from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected. According to different nursing methods，the patients were divided into control group（50 cases），observation group（50 cases），control group received routine nursing care，observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing care，observation were compared between the two groups after the recovery effect and quality of life. Results After nursing，two groups of symptom scores were lower than before nursing，and the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group（P＜0.05）. Control group’SF-36 index score was lower than the observation group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively relieve patients with anorectal disease symptoms，improve the quality of life.

肛肠疾病是指发生于肛门或直肠上肛瘘、直肠炎、直肠癌以及痔疮的疾病总称，其主要由长期性的排便异常、不良排便习惯和慢性肠道感染疾病导致，致使患者出现肛门红肿、疼痛、异物感、血便、腹痛或腹泻现象，降低其生活质量［1-3］。目前，临床治疗此疾病多以手术结合护理干预治疗方案，可有效促进患者术后恢复。本研究现就2015年1月～2016年3月针对肛肠科患者采取中医护理取得的疗效做有效分析，并报告如下。

1　资料和方法

1.1临床资料

选取2015年1月～2016年3月收治的100例肛肠疾病治疗患者临床资料，护理前均取得医院医学伦理委员同意及患者执行同意书。将其分为对照组（50例）、观察组（50例），对照组男女比例26：24，年龄27～48岁，平均（37.65±3.73）岁；肛瘘11例、肛裂8例、肛周脓肿10例、混合痔21例；观察组男女比例28：22，年龄28～49岁，平均（38.52±3.81）岁；肛瘘10例、肛裂9例、肛周脓肿9例、混合痔22例。……
