心理护理对顺产产妇产程的影响效果评价

目的 分析心理护理对顺产产妇产程的影响。方法 将我院2011年3月～2014年2月接收顺产产妇200例作为对象，随机分成不同护理组：常规组实施基础护理措施，干预组于该基础上实施心理护理，评定预后效果。结果 干预组患者产程时间、出血量、疼痛度评分及抑郁发生率低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床针对顺产产妇行心理护理措施作用突出，可缩短产程，减轻疼痛度。

【Abstract】

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing on the birth of parturition on the process of maternal normal childbirth. Methods In our hospital from March 2011 to February 2014 received 200 cases of eutocia puerpera as object，and randomly divided into different nursing groups. Routine group was in implementation of basic nursing intervention，the intervention group on the basis of the implementation of psychological care，then assess the prognosis. Results The patients in the intervention group of labor time，amount of bleeding，pain score and depression rate were lower than the conventional group（P＜ 0.05）. Conclusion For clinical maternal normal childbirth using psychological nursing measures can shorten the birth process，reduce the pain，is worth using for reference.

伴随着医疗技术的完善及相关因素的影响，越来越多产妇选择剖宫产。但诸多报告显示，剖宫产手术操作中可加大出血量，危害母婴生命健康［1］。因此，临床医护人员大多鼓励产妇顺产，并于产程实施针对性护理措施，以提高总体效果。为了进一步探究产妇护理效果，本文将我院收治者作为研究对象。

1　资料和方法

1.1资料

将我院2011年3月～2014年2月接收顺产产妇200例作为对象，随机分成不同护理组：常规组100例，年龄22～31岁，平均（27.1±1.1）岁；孕周38～42周，平均（41.3±0.3）周；干预组100例，年龄22～32岁，平均（27.2±1.2）岁；孕周39 ～43周，平均（41.4±0.4）周。2组产妇年龄段、孕周等临床资料差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。

1.2方法

常规组产妇产程期间实施基础护理措施，护士向产妇进行定期的检查，并记录其基本状况，包括体温、心率和基础脉搏，此外，嘱咐患者应注意的事项，行健康教育措施。……
