急诊快捷护理流程在急性脑卒中患者的抢救效果

目的探讨急诊快捷护理流程在急性脑卒中患者急救中的效果。方法从急诊室中收治的急性脑卒中患者中选取100例作为本研究的对象，其中50例采用常规急诊处理，50例采用快捷护理流程进行护理，分别列为对照组与观察组，比较两组患者接诊、确诊与治疗时间以及抢救效果。结果观察组患者的接诊至确诊时间、确诊至治疗时间都要少于对照组患者，P＜0.05，而观察组患者致残率与死亡率分别是6%和4%，低于对照组患者致残率与死亡率，12%和18%，P＜0.05。结论在急性脑卒中患者中实施急诊快捷护理流程，为患者的后续治疗奠定基础。

【Abstract】

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing process in emergency treatment of patients with acute stroke. Methods Chose 100 cases as the research object，which 50 cases by routine emergency treatment，50 cases with high-efficient process nursing care，were classified as control group and observation group，compared two groups of patients with admissions，diagnosis and treatment time and rescue effect from the emergency room were compared. Results The reception time of diagnosis，diagnosis and treatment time patients in observation group were less than that of the control group，P＜0.05. Patients in the observation group of morbidity and mortality were 6% and 4%，lower than that in the control group patients disability rate and the mortality rate of 12% and 18%，P＜0.05. Conclusion Acute stroke patients in the implementation of emergency care procedures，to lay the foundation for the follow-up treatment of patients.

急性脑卒中主要是由于患者出现突发性脑内动脉破裂或闭塞，导致脑部的血液循环出现障碍。有研究结果显示［1］，急性脑卒中由于其较高的致残率和致死率，已成为当前对人们身体安全造成重大威胁的脑血管疾病之一，且在近些年有逐年上升的趋势。由于脑卒中发病急，病情发展快，因此对患者进行早期的诊断与及时的抢救有着非常重要的作用［2］。本研究选取急诊室收治的100例脑卒中患者的临床资料进行分析，现对资料进行对比与总结。
