摘 要 目的：探讨电针配合温针治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月—2013年12月诊治的寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症70例，随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组给予电针配合温针治疗，对照组给予单纯电针治疗，10次为1个疗程，共治疗2个疗程。采用简式McGill疼痛量表和日本骨科学会治疗评分（JOA）分别对两组治疗前、后疼痛和下腰痛进行评分，并比较两组临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后简式McGill疼痛评分和JOA评分与同组治疗前比较均有改善（P<0.01），但观察组McGill疼痛评分和JOA评分优于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.29%（2/35）和82.86%（6/35），组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：电针配合温针能有效改善患者症状和体征，是治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的一种较有效方法。

Observation of effect of acusector combined with wen-pin in the treatment of 35 patients with cold-dampness lumbar disc prolapse

ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of the acusector combined with wen-pin in the treatment of cold-dampness lumbar disc prolapse. Methods： Seventy cases of cold-dampness lumbar disc prolapse in the acupuncture clinic were selected from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013， and divided into an observation group and a control one with 35 cases each. The acusector combined with wen-pin was given to the observation group， and the control group was only given the acusector treatment. Ten times were for a course and the treatment was 2 courses. The pain and low back pain were graded with the short form McGill pain scale and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score in the two groups before and after treatment and their effects were compared. Results： The scores of short form McGill pain scale and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score were improved before and after treatment within the groups and between the two groups （P<0.01）， but the scores of short form McGill pain scale and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score were better in the observation group than in the control group （P<0.01）. The total effective rates were 94.29% and 82.86% in the observation group and in the control group， and the difference had the statistical significance between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion： Acusector combined with wen-pin can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of the patients， and is an effective method in the treatment of patient with cold-dampness lumbar disc prolapse.

腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病，复发率高，好发于青壮年，男性多于女性。目前临床报道针药结合、针灸联合推拿、针灸联合牵引、针灸联合中频理疗、电针联合推拿、推拿联合牵引、牵引联合药物等在治疗腰椎间盘突出症方面均取得了良好的疗效。本研究采用电针配合温针治疗35例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者，通过与常规电针治疗比较，观察电针配合温针治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的优势，为腰椎间盘突出症提供更多的治疗手段，进一步提高患者的生活质量，具有一定的临床和社会意义，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料
