四平市某社区居民对该社区护理服务的调查与分析

目的调查四平市某社区居民对社区护理服务的需求情况及满意程度，为改善社区护理服务提供依据。方法以自制的调查问卷的方式对四平市某社区35户居民进行走访调查。结果有60%的居民对社区护理服务不满意；不同性别的居民对健康教育方面及锻炼与休息方面的知识需求较高；不同婚姻的居民对用药指导方面的知识需求较高。结论调查结果显示，该社区居民对社区护理服务的满意程度较低，不同年龄、不同婚姻、不同性别的居民对健康知识的需求各不相同，因此要加强社区护理服务的教育宣传工作。

［Abstract］Objective To survey the demand and satisfactory degree of residents in some community in Siping and know the demand of residents of different cultural degrees，in order to provide basis for improving community nursing service. Methods 35 homes in some community in Siping were followed up and surveyed by the home-made questionnaire way. Results 60%residents were unsatisfied with the community nursing services，the residents of different genders had a higher knowledge demand in the aspects of health education and exercise and rest，and the residents of different marriages had a higher knowledge demand in the medication guidance.Conclusion The survey results show that the satisfactory degree of residents in this community to community nursing service is lower，and the demands of residents of different ages，different marriages and different genders for health knowledge are varying，therefore，we should enhance the propaganda and education work of community nursing services.

社区护理作为21世纪护理发展的主要方向和新的热点，正越来越受到重视。目前，我国随着人口结构变化，健康老龄化观点的提出，带来了许多相应的社区保健需求；疾病谱的变化，慢性病社区护理的需求量增加；计划生育国策的实施，家庭结构小型化，一对夫妇将照顾4位老人，这就使简、便、廉的社区卫生服务备受欢迎；医疗费用过度增长，居民难以承受，以及看病难、住院难的问题存在，对社区护理的需求越来越迫切。该研究对四平市某社区居民的社区护理服务需求展开调查，现报道如下。
