足踝骨科无痛病房管理

目的探究足踝骨科无痛病房管理，以供参考以及研究。方法该研究对象从2014年10月—2015年12月于该院实施足踝骨科手术的患者中选取100例，通过动态随机分组的方法将其分为2组，对照组50例足踝骨科手术患者采用常规疼痛管理，观察组50例足踝骨科手术患者采用无痛病房管理，探究100例足踝骨科手术患者在手术结束后实施不同管理方法的疼痛程度评分以及健康教育知识知晓率的差异性。结果通过该研究可以看出，在疼痛程度评分的比较中，观察组患者的结果明显优于对照组患者，同时，观察组患者的健康知识知晓率明显高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论足踝骨科无痛病房管理可以有效缓解患者的疼痛程度，降低患者出现术后并发症的几率，促进治疗效果，可应用推广。

［Abstract］Objective To study the painless ward management in the department of ankle bone for reference and research. Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of ankle bone surgery in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research objects，and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each，the control group adopted conventional pain management，the observation group adopted painless ward management，and the differences in the pain degree score and awareness rate of health education knowledge between different management methods after operation of the 100 cases were studied.Results The research showed that the pain degree score in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group，at the same time，the awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the difference had statistical significance（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The painless ward management in the department of ankle bone can effectively relieve the pain degree of patients，reduce the probability of postoperative complications and promote the treatment effect，which can be applied and promoted.

足踝骨科疾病比较常见，一般采用手术方法进行治疗，而在手术过后，足踝骨科手术患者容易出现较大疼痛感，如不及时进行镇痛治疗，很有可能会从急性疼痛转化成为慢性疼痛［1］，严重影响患者的生活质量。该文研究中主要针对100例足踝骨科手术患者采用不同管理方法缓解患者疼痛感，现报道如下。
