晚期乳腺癌患者的疼痛护理措施

目的对晚期乳腺癌患者的疼痛护理措施及效果进行分析，并加以总结。方法选择该院于2014年2月—2016年2月期间收治的68例晚期乳腺癌患者作为本次研究对象。根据入院的先后顺序，将68例患者分为实验组（34例）和对照组（34例）。前者给予疼痛护理干预，后者给予常规护理，比较两组的轻度疼痛人数与焦虑、抑郁评分。结果护理后，实验组的轻度疼痛人数（27例）明显少于对照组（19例）；实验组的焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（11.4± 1.3）分、（10.3±1.5）分，对照组的分别为（14.5±1.4）分、（12.4±1.6）分，两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对晚期乳腺癌患者实施疼痛护理措施，能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度，对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。

［Abstract］Objective Care measures and their effects on pain in patients with advanced breast cancer were analyzed and summarized.Methods In our hospital in February 2014— February 2016 period were treated 68 cases of advanced breast cancer patients as this study.According to the order of admission，68 patients were divided into experimental group（34 cases）and control group（34 cases）.The former give pain nursing intervention，the latter received routine care，mild pain were compared with the number of anxiety and depression scores.Results After treatment，the number of mild pain（27 cases）in the experimental group was significantly less than the control group（19 cases）；anxiety in the experimental group，depression scores was（11.4±1.3）points，respectively，（10.3±1.5）hours in the control group respectively（14.5±1.4）points，（12.4±1.6）points，compared to the presence of the two groups was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of pain in patients with advanced breast cancer care measures，can effectively relieve pain scale，to improve the quality of life is important.

乳腺癌是女性常见的一种恶性肿瘤，具有发病率率高、致死率高等特点，尤其是发展至晚期，癌痛症状严重，对患者身心健康都产生了巨大影响。有报道［1］称，对晚期癌症患者有效止痛，可显著降低患者痛苦，改善其生活质量。该院对2014年2月—2016年2月期间收治的34例实验组晚期乳腺癌患者应用了疼痛护理措施，效果较显著，现报道如下。
