探讨促红素对维持性血透伴高血压患者动脉血压影响的药学效果

目的探究促红素（EPO）对维持性血透伴高血压患者动脉血压影响的药学效果。方法择取2014年5月—2015年10月至该院进行疾病诊疗的维持性血透伴高血压患者62例纳入此次实验研究，对所有患者均采取促红素进行疾病治疗，分为常规组31例与实验组31例，其中常规组患者采取低剂量促红素治疗，实验组患者采取高剂量促红素治疗，同时依据两组患者Hct变化情况分为A组（n=30例）与B组（n=32例），分析治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗后的Hb水平为（88.61±13.91）g/L，常规组为（78.66±17.58）g/L；实验组患者的平均动脉压与血压增高幅度均明显优于常规组，P＜0.05；另外，B组患者的平均动脉血压值增高幅度明显多于A组，P＜0.05。结论对维持性血透伴高血压患者采取高剂量的促红素进行临床治疗可获得更为有效的治疗效果，值得推荐采纳。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate the effect of erythropoietin（EPO）on arterial blood pressure in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Chooses May 2014 to October 2015 our hospital for disease diagnosis and treatment in maintenance hemodialysis（through with hypertensive patients with 62 patients into the experimental study，of all patients were taken of erythropoietin in the treatment of disease，as routine group（31 cases）and experimental group（31 cases），of which routine group take low dose erythropoietin treatment，patients in the experimental group take high doses of erythropoietin treatment，at the same time according to the change of the HCT of the two groups patients divided into group A（n=30）and group B（n=32），to analysis the effect of treatment.Results Experimental group patients after treatment of Hb level for g/L（88.61±13.91），（78.66±17.58）for regular group g/L；the mean arterial blood pressure and blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group，P＜0.05；in addition，the mean arterial blood pressure in patients with B group was significantly higher than that in the A group，P＜0.05.Conclusion The clinical treatment of high dose of erythropoietin in patients with maintenance hemodialysis and hypertension can get more effective treatment，it is worth recommending.

有关研究显示［1-2］，对维持性血透伴高血压患者采取促红素进行治疗可获得较为理想的疾病治疗效果，但是对于何种剂量的促红素的治疗效果更优尚存在不同的意见。为此，该研究将该院2014年5月—2015 年10月收治的62例维持性血透伴高血压患者设置为研究对象，旨在分析促红素对维持性血透伴高血压患者动脉血压影响的药学效果，为今后的临床研究提供相关的参考资料，具体见下文。……
