降压联合调脂治疗女性原发性高血压病效果及药学分析

目的分析降压联同调脂治疗原发性女性高血压病效果和药学原理。方法回顾性分析该院2014年3月—2016年2月收治的105例女性原发性高血压患者临床资料，分为对照组（51）和观察组（54例），对照组采用常规降压方法治疗，观察组采用降压联合调脂的方法治疗，观察和比较两组实验指标情况。结果两组治疗后血压水平较治疗前有明显下降，观察组下降水平优于对照组，且观察组血压SBP（136.66±9.42）mmHg和DBP（96.62±8.55）mmHg降低水平显著优于对照组的（124.51±6.65）mmHg和（84.26±7.25）mmHg，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗有效率为96.30%，较对照组的78.43%高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用降压联合调脂对原发性女性高血压病进行治疗，其效果显著，可以显著降低患者血压指标，具有临床推广价值。

［Abstract］Objective to analyze step-down in conjunction with lipid adjusting treatment for primary female hypertension and pharmaceutical effect principle.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in March 2014-November 2015 clinical data of 105 cases of female patients with essential hypertension（eh），divided into control group（51）and observation group（54 cases）and control group using conventional antihypertensive therapy，observation group adopt the method of step-down joint tiaozhi therapy，observe and compare two groups of experimental index.Results The blood pressure level of the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased，observe group drop level is better than that of control group and observation group blood pressure SBP（135.66±10.42）mmHg and DBP（95.62± 9.55）mmHg lower levels significantly better than that of control group（125.51±7.65）mmHg and 85.26±8.25 mmHg （P＜0.05）；Observation group treatment effective rate of 96.30%，78.43%higher than the control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Using step-down joint lipid adjusting treatment of women with primary hypertension and its effect is remarkable，can significantly reduce blood pressure in patients with indicators，has clinical value.

原发性高血压是心血管中最常见疾病之一，随着经济不断提高，生活水平上升，原发性高血压的发病率正在逐年升高，尤其是女性在更年期后发病率迅速上升［1］。目前，临床上尚未研究出彻底根治此病的有效方法。因此，临床主要通过控制患者血压水平、抑制相关并发症，从而有效降低其高血压指标［2］。为此，该研究现对该院2014年3月—2016年2月治疗的105例原发性女性高血压病患者临床治疗取得的疗效进行回顾性分析，并报道如下。
