摘 要：工商企业内物资过多或过少都不利于企业的发展，因此寻找一个恰当的定货批量对企业库存降低成本非常重要。从本世纪初美国哈里斯（F.W.Harris）于1915年提出了著名的经济订货批量公式，到1934年威尔逊（Wilson）重新得到这一模型，才引起人们的注意并作为一种确定最佳定货定额方法得以广泛使用。文章探讨了EOQ摸型的推导过程与在企业实际订货过程中的应用研究，经济定货批量模型修正和扩展应用，经济定货批量模型的敏感性分析等，由此研究经济定货批量在企业库存运作中的应用。

Abstract： Industrial and commercial enterprises within the material too little or too much is not good with the development of the enterprise， so looking for a proper quantity is very important for enterprise cost reduction. In the United States， at the beginning of the century， Harris（F.W.Harris）in 1915 proposed the economic order quantity， which is famous， by 1934， Wilson to get this model again， to arouse people's attention and， as a kind of method is used to determine the best order norm are widely used. This article discusses the derivation of EOQ touch type and application in the enterprise actual order process research， economic order quantity model modification and extension application， the sensitivity of the economic order quantity model analysis and so on， thus the EOQ， in the application of the enterprise inventory operation.

0 引 言

孙润田、魏兰阁在经济订货批量模型的探讨中提出了商品价格变化下EOQ的确定，对于企业实际库存与采购管理具有重要现实意义。但该论文对于EOQ模型中的引用没有考虑存货的费用变化，如果商品价格发生变化，存储成本也会跟着发生变化，因为现实生活中存储成本和商品价格本身是有密切关系的。本文做了一些修正，并且推导出了在价格不规则变化条件下的EOQ公式模型。
