摘要：我国发动机油标准从1980年开始等同采用美国石油学会指定的API规格。但是，近年来我国重负荷柴油机已基本实现了技术自主化，OEM提出美国API规格已不适用于国内的柴油机技术和长换油周期的使用需求。等同采用API规格的模式已经不适合我国国情，建立我国发动机油自主规格的时机已经成熟。文章从汽车发动机和润滑油两方面综合分析，提出了建立自主发动机油规格的路线图，以期得到业界共鸣和政府相关部门支持。

引言

目前，世界上发动机润滑油规格有美国API（美国石油学会）、欧洲ACEA（欧洲汽车制造商协会）和日本JASO（日本汽车标准组织）三个标准（规格）体系。世界上发动机油标准以美国API（美国石油学会）为基石，欧洲和日本发动机油规格在部分采纳APl规格台架的基础上，根据自己的国情增加一些本国OEM台架建立了自己的规格标准。我国柴油机已基本实现了技术自主化，汽车和发动机运行工况机制与美国有巨大差别，中国重负荷柴油发动机的设计特点（选择性催化还原SCR+高压共轨电喷）、道路运输特点（重负荷与超载）、车辆使用的燃油情况等，与美国柴油机技术与使用环境（废气冷却循环ECR+微粒过滤器DPF）有较大差别，导致对油品的性能要求差异较大。现阶段我国柴油机油规格等同采用美国石油学会（API）的规格，OEM提出美国API规格已不适用于国内柴油机厂商的长换油周期、方便用户和降低维护成本的需求。……
