军人生活事件人口学特点分析

目的 调研中国军人生活事件特点，为军人心理健康教育提供依据。方法 采用军人生活事件量表，对海、陆、空、武警共10 505名军人进行问卷调查，应用SPSS 18.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果 ①军人生活事件发生率为50.4%，排在首位的是未来就业压力大；②陆、海、空、武警军人生活事件总刺激量存在军种差异，海军＞陆军＞空军＞武警；③军官、士官、战士的生活事件总刺激量存在职级上的差异，军官＞士官＞战士；④军人生活事件的发生随着年龄的变化而出现差异，呈现先上升后递减的趋势。结论 军人生活事件主要来源于工作、学习和家庭，并存在军种、职别、年龄上的差异。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate and analyze the characteristics of life events in Chinese military and provide basis for psycological health education.Methods Ten thousand five hundred and five officers and soldiers from navy，army，air force，and armed policemen were tested with life event scale.SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze the data.Results ①The incidence of China military life events is 50.4%.The top event is from future employment pressure.②The total life events stimulation amount exists difference among army，navy，air force and armed police.③Life events stimulation total amount，negative and positive amount exist difference among officers，sergeants and soldiers.④The occurrence rate of life events stimulation decreases gradually with the growth of age. Conclusion The incidence of Chinese military life events is mainly come from work，learning and family life.Chinese soldiers’life event has an obvious difference among serices，occupation and age.

生活事件是指人们在自然环境中和日常社会生活中所经历的各种形式的生活变动，如升迁、婚变、亲友亡故、慢性疾病、突发性创伤体验。目前研究发现，生活事件与心理健康密切相关，成为引起个体生理、心理变化的重要应激源，约92%的个体在抑郁症发病前曾遭遇促发性严重生活事件［1］。而军人职业的特殊性，决定其日常工作的高强度、执行任务的危险性、生活环境的封闭性等，诸多因素致使军人比常人面临更多的心理压力和应激源，引发诸多心身问题，进而影响到军事作业绩效。美军“9·11”事件后研究发现，参与阿富汗、伊拉克战争成为美军士兵抑郁症发病的最危险因素［2］；海湾战争多国部队50%的伤病员入院是因急性战斗应激反应导致的精神障碍；……
