系统医学检验对提出检验质量的效果分析

目的 研究加强非临床医学检验质量的重要性。方法 将2015年3月—2016年3月在该院进行诊断治疗的88例患者进行研究，并采取随机分组法将88例患者进行平均分组，使得对照组、观察组的诊断治疗人数各为44例。其中，对照组患者诊断前的医学检验较为常规，而对照组患者诊断前的医学检验则较为系统，对比两组患者对诊断效果的满意度。结果 观察组有36例患者对诊断效果表示满意，有效率达到81.82%；对照组只有19例患者对诊断效果表示满意，有效率仅有43.18%。两组患者疾病诊断有效率对比差异有统计学意义，可反映出观察组患者的疾病诊断效果优于对照组。结论 加强非临床医学检验质量，能够提高医学检验的准确度，为患者疾病诊断提供准确依据，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To research the importance of enhancing the non-clinical medical test quality.Methods 88 cases of patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected for research，and randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each，the medical test in the control group is routine before diagnosis，while the medical test in the control group was systematical before diagnosis，and the satisfactory degree of diagnostic effect was compared between the two groups.Results 36 cases in the observation group were satisfied with the diagnostic effect and the effective rate reached 81.82%，only 19 cases in the control group were satisfied with the diagnostic effect and the effective rate was only 43.18%，and the difference in the effective rate of disease diagnosis between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance，P＜0.05 which reflected that the disease diagnostic effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion Enhancing the non-clinical medical test quality can improve the accuracy degree of medical test and provide accurate basis for the disease diagnosis of patients，which is worth promotion.

医学检验属于医疗工作中不可或缺的环节，也是医疗工作中最为基础的环节。一般来讲，医学检验工作开展的好坏直接影响到后续临床诊断工作的结果。由此可见，加强医学检验质量是当前医学工作的重点。现阶段，国内医学检验还存在诸多问题，包括检验仪器使用寿命短、医学检验工作者意识较弱、检测试剂采购管理不当等，严重影响到医学检验的实际效果。如果不及时加强对医学检验的控制管理，势必会对后续的临床治疗产生不利影响。……
