心理疏导对精神病患者服药依从性和生活质量的影响

目的探讨心理疏导对精神病患者服药依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年2月—2014年10月该院就诊的122例精神疾病患者纳入研究对象，根据入院时间随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组强化心理疏导。出院后随访1年，比较两组患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。结果观察组患者服药依从性81.97%明显高于对照组59.02%（χ2=7.724，P＜0.05）；生理功能、心理、独立性、环境适应及生活质量总分均明显高于对照组（t=3.207～5.469，P＜0.05）。结论心理疏导能提高精神病患者服药依从性，改善生活质量。

［Abstract］Objective To study the effect of psychological counseling on drug compliance and quality of life in patients with mental disease.Methods 122 cases of patients with mental disease diagnosed in our hospital from February 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects，and randomly divided into two groups with 61 cases in each according to the admission time，the control group adopted routine nursing，the observation enhanced the psychological counseling，and the treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups through 1-year follow-up after leaving hospital.Results The drug compliance in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（81.97% vs 59.02%）（χ2=7.724，P＜0.05）；the physiologic function，psychology，independence，environmental adaptation and quality of life total scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（t=3.207-5.469，P＜0.05）. Conclusion The psychological counseling can improve the drug compliance in patients with mental disease and improve the quality of life.

精神疾病是指大脑功能失调引起的不同程度的认知、意志、情感及行为等精神活动障碍［1］。精神疾病是一种长期的疾病，极易反复发作，急性发病期须服用抗精神病药物控制症状，缓解期需继续服药预防复发，部分患者甚至需要终生服药。由于精神病患者常存在偏执、猜疑行为，服药依从性较差。加上社会对精神病的歧视和偏见，使患者在居家治疗期间得不到较好的用药管理，直接影响患者的症状改善和生活质量。该文重点探讨心理疏导对精神病患者护理中的应用价值。
