预见性护理在感染科陪护管理中的应用效果观察

目的 对比分析预见性护理在感染科陪护管理中的应用效果。方法 选取该院2015年4月—2016年4月感染科收治的160例患者作为该次对比试验的研究对象，随机将其分为对照组和实验组，每组研究对象为80例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组则进行预见性护理。结果 对两组患者进行谈话，分析患者对该院护理工作的满意程度，对照组为76.28%，实验组高达96.25%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 陪护管理中实施预见性护理是将理性的医院制度和感性的人性化护理有机结合的一种表现，不仅有利于患者的临床治疗效果，对医院管理制度的发展同样提供着指导性的价值，值得在临床工作中推广应用。

［Abstract］Objective To compare and analyze the application effect of predictive nursing in the accompany management in the infectious disease department.Methods 160 cases of patients admitted and treated in the infectious disease department in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each，the control group adopted routine nursing and the experimental group adopted predictive nursing. Results The satisfactory degree of the control group to nursing work in our hospital was 76.28%and of the experimental group was as high as 96.25%with statistical significance after conversation（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of predictive nursing is a performance combining the rational hospital system with perceptual humanistic nursing，which is not only conducive to the clinical treatment effect of patients，but also of guidance value to the development of hospital management system，and it is worth clinical promotion and application.

很多医院为了让患者得到更好的治疗效果，不断地提高医疗水平、改善护理标准，却忽略了陪护人员在治疗中起到的两面性作用［1］。绝大多数家庭均采用家属陪护，一部分则会雇佣护工完成陪护工作，然而以上两种陪护形式均为非专业性，陪护人员不仅在思想意识上无法认识到陪护的重要作用，甚至在陪护过程中会给患者带来继发性伤害。尤其是感染科，患者均具有一定的特殊性，对专业性的护理和无菌操作的要求会更为严格，因此加强感染科陪护人员的管理和指导对患者的健康安全和治疗效果起到至关重要的作用［2］。……
