健康教育联合口腔运动指导对脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为的影响

目的 分析探讨健康教育联合口腔运动指导对脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为的影响。方法 选取该院2013年2月—2015年6月收治的82例脑瘫高危儿，抽签法将患儿分为观察组和对照组，两组患儿家长均接受相同的健康教育，观察组患儿家长在此基础上再接受口腔运动指导，6个月后比较两组患儿家长的喂养行为评分。结果 干预6个月后，观察组患儿家长喂养行为评分为（15.38±1.43）分，显著高于对照组患儿家长的（11.29±2.24）分，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 健康教育联合口腔运动指导可有效提高脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为评分，提高患儿喂养质量。

［Abstract］Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of health education combined with oral motor guidance on the feeding behavior of cerebral palsy high risk infant's parents.Methods 82 cases of cerebral palsy high risk infants admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，the parents of both groups received the same health education，the parents in the observation group received the oral motor guidance on this basis，and the feeding behavior score of the parents in the two groups were compared after 6 months.Results After 6-month intervention，the feeding behavior score of the parent in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group，and the difference between groups had statistical significance，［（15.38±1.43）marks vs（11.29±2.24）marks］，P＜0.05.Conclusion Health education combined with oral motor guidance can effectively improve the feeding behavior score of cerebral palsy high risk infant's parents and improve the infant's feeding quality.

脑瘫高危儿大多合并进食障碍，而婴幼儿期正是体格生长的高峰期，健康均衡的饮食对于婴幼儿的正常生长发育有着至关重要的影响，家长正确的喂养是避免脑瘫高危儿营养不良，提高其康复疗效重要保障［1］。该研究以该院2013年2月—2015年6月收治的82例脑瘫高危儿为对象，分析探讨了健康教育联合口腔运动指导对脑瘫高危儿家长喂养行为的影响。现报告如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取该院2013年2月—2015年6月收治的82例脑瘫高危儿为该次研究对象，所有患儿家长均自愿参与该研究并签署知情同意书，该次研究获得医院伦理会批准同意，患儿男40例，女42例，平均年龄（5.26±2.33）个月。……
